About debugging：

1.Zero adjustment First make the system in the no-load state. When the input signal is current, adjust the mark "Izero" potentiometer to adjust the deviation of the zero point. When the output is a voltage signal, adjust the potentiometer marked “Vzero” to adjust the deviation of the zero point. Adjust the indication value to (current or voltage) zero point indication value; 2.Gain adjustment Load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range is 60% ~ 100%), calculate the output value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, and adjust the mark as "Ispan" (current full scale potentiometer) or "Vspan ”(Voltage full-scale adjustment potentiometer) to adjust the display value to the load ratio. 3.Review Make the system in the no-load state and measure the zero output; load a certain weight value and measure whether the output meets the expected magnification. If not, repeat steps 2 and 3 to adjust again.

Note：

After the adjustment is completed, the adjusting end of the potentiometer should be fixed with sealant or nail polish to prevent vibration and other factors from changing the resistance value of the potentiometer.

Precautions for use：

The sensor input and transmitter output wiring must be correct to avoid damage to the sensor or transmitter due to reverse polarity. Prohibit live operation when wiring Try not to install the transmitter in places with high humidity and vibration.
